Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Audit ($49)

We stand behind the quality of our audit reports. For one-time audit purchases:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee: If your report has not been delivered within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • After report delivery: Once your audit report has been delivered, the purchase is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

2. Subscriptions (Starter & Growth Plans)

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Access until end of period: Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
  • No partial refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation: Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@stacksmart.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where the Terms & Conditions have been violated, including but not limited to misuse of the service, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks initiated without first contacting us.
